First, I am grateful for all of the people that are following my blog, but never have I ever stated that this blog was a multicultural blog–and certainly not one that privileges whites.
For years, I’ve witnessed how white people insinuate themselves into discussions or websites formatted for African Americans–they instigate–then polarize–the next thing you know; either the website format changes or people start leaving or getting banned.
They like to butt in–you see this in daily life as well. And it’s getting on my nerves.
There is something racist about their attitudes and behavior subliminally–and I’m calling them on it. For one thing, they can’t stand the TRUTH–about themselves.
As a Word Press blogger, naturally I know that there are a multitude of people from around the world that post or write blogs. However, I’m not obligated to be partial to non-Blacks and I’m not going to edit my blog to attract people that are not educated about African/African American history or who use the back door to enter into conversations where they can hide their bias or bigotry.
The number of followers to my blog continues to grow, however, some posts of late have caused some of the white folks to leave the blog. Ahhh…what a pity. That’s on them. Not a concern of mine…sorry.
There are times when things have to be said and for the life of me, I will never understand where white folks get off in thinking that Black people aren’t allowed to speak honestly about how they feel about them but also about issues that are impacting them because of race, economics, bias, etc.
Freedom of Speech is a right in this country and if I’ve said something that has offended you; perhaps you need to look in the mirror. The last time I checked, the TRUTH was not politically correct.
