My Blackness….

tumblr_naf9t2k2Jz1rt05vro1_1280-e1492099353533

From the waking sun to the setting of the moon.  I am cognizant of my existence on this plain.  My ancestors are alive in me and whisper in my ear.  “Do not ever forget.” I can’t.  Every time I look in my mirror.  I’m well aware of my blackness.  It’s not just a skin color; it’s the essence of knowing where time began.  It’s acknowledging that thought, language and innovation began with those who were born from the darkness. Sculpted by God.  The stars know our name.  Galaxy children.  Born to fly with the angels.  We are divinity in the flesh.

Oh….Waho-waho-way-ohhhh…

A song echoes through my soul.  Music is life.  It gives me joy.  And never ending hope.

I lost a really good friend last week.  I was sad.  He knew me from way back when.  Memories of grade school go through my mind.  Not many of us are blessed to have friends who knew us before we “became” who we think we are.  They knew us before we started living to other folk’s expectations.

That’s why I stayed away from the “special folk.”  You gotta sell your soul just to get through the door.  There’s nothing on this earth that could afford to me.  God’s price of my existence can’t be measured by man’s feeble definition of worth.  I am a King’s child.

When you vibe from the universe and your mind takes you beyond the Milky Way.  What else is there than can surpass the heavens? I think of the speciality that is within me.  Really, how do you define uniqueness wrapped in the extraordinary? I’m not from here.

And Erykah Badu sings about an orange moon, I’m wondering if it’s really blue.

What is Blackness?  What really is it?  It’s not just a skin color.  No.  It’s space.  It’s beyond the galaxy.  It’s deepness.  It’s mystery.  It’s undefinable.  The sun is the only thing that is close to its power.

Whatever it IS. I am it.

Hot Shit!

hqdefault-3

I’m sitting here looking out the window, listening to Common’s Like Water For Chocolate, and this track (title) is playing.  It got me to thinking about a lot of things; and the title has me feeling some kind of way.  Remember the days when Black music made you get amped?  I’m not feeling this current state of negativity and fear right now.  I’m a warrior and I’m looking for the battle–not running from it. I’m just that kind of chick.

Where are the warriors!  Where?  Where are those dudes that walked down the street in the neighborhood who walked in a squad–like African lions, fearless, strong, no equal in sight?  Their presence was bold; and no one dared challenge them.  Cold Blooded. Ruthless.  Kings!

There was a time when Black folks walked like the kings and queens we called ourselves. We were uppity.  Proud.  Unapologetic.

BLACK AMERICA IS DEAD!

Black culture has been on a respirator and so has the country.  Our spirit has been weakened and this country it seems is on life support.  When our fire rises.  America soars. It is our energy that makes everything move with rhythm.  From music to fashion, everything we touched was more creative.  Like the sun brightens and nourishes; so did our culture do the same for this country we call America.

Love and Happiness.  Will it return?  Will we dance again?  Will the funk revive the Funkateers who have been hibernating, in distress from so much gloom?

I wonder.

So I listen to Common.  And I hunger for something different to revive us.  Something that will make the light shine again.  I miss good times.

And so I fantasize we’ll be happy again.  Making this place pop!  Elevating everything around us!  It’s time to push evolution through our consciousness.  Create from the divinity within each of us.  Find out identity again.

It’s time to flip this script!

Time to start a new thing!  Afrofuturism please!  Take us away…to another galaxy.  Our existence here has been compromised.

The world is waiting for Black People to return!

The Music of Bob Marley is The Remedy For Our Trying Times…

This weekend, one of my aunts was laid to rest after an unexpected illness.  I’ve been thinking about a lot of things lately and today, Bob Marley came to mind.  His music means so much to so many people around the world.

Redemption song was based on slavery in the new world.

Does this not sound like what we’re feeling subliminally?

Bob Marley was a unique individual as well as an inspired artist.  He used his music to educate, empower, and protest the powers that be.

In light of everything happening, I chose to post one of his last concerts before he passed away in 1982.

Watch, grow and listen.

Enjoy!

They Keep “Mistakenly” Killing Black Men!!! Enough Of This Shit!

***Right now…I’m listening to Fear of a Black Planet.  That album came out almost 30 years ago and its message is as relevant today as it was in

What’s going to be the tipping point?

Yesterday, a live stream video went viral showing a local Tulsa, Oklahoma man, Terrence Crutcher, being gunned down by a white female officer, later identified as, Betty Shelby. He was unarmed. He wasn’t a threat.  His car has stalled in the road and he was walking toward the police for help.  The police recorded video, with audio, exposed one of the officers in the helicopter stating after Terrance got out of the car, that, “He looks like a bad dude.”  Well that “bad dude” was coming home from class.  That “bad dude” was a father. That “bad dude” had a twin sister. That “bad dude” sang in his church choir.  That “bad dude” had a wife who is now in pain after having to understand the senseless manner in which her husband died.

The reactions on line were angry but many kept asking the question: “When is this going to stop?”

This is exactly why Colin Kaepernick is protesting.

So, another Black man was “mistakenly” killed?

No one is that stupid.

We see what is going on.

It’s becoming an epidemic and demands a counter response–violent if necessary.

These are legalized executions of Black males by white led police departments.  And I’m not hearing anymore of the typical response, “we feared for our lives.”

BULLSHIT!

The problem is not your fear but opportunity to carry out legalized killings of a population of males that threaten white supremacy the most!!!

There are so many images of this, it’s literally become like a sick inside joke for police departments as to how they respond to these orchestrated killings.

From children to man in wheelchairs.

On the same day, a man in North Carolina was shot and killed for carrying a book.  Per usual, the cop said that he “thought he had a gun…”

No one is hearing this any longer. Even celebrities are speaking out about this.

The time has come, Black people.  We are THE ENEMY of White Supremacy.

Are we going to let them keep killing our people and do nothing or are we going to FIGHT? Do Black Lives Really Matter?

The choice is yours.

As of today, another Black woman plans a funeral.

Guns Are US! Get Strapped, Black Man!

sandra-huey-2-1024x576

Good Morning Conscious family.

Today, I have been wrestling with some things regarding our safety as a people.

It is well known that white men run around this country with high powered weapons, armed to the teeth, and backed up by white privilege as they espouse the second amendment and THEIR RIGHTS to bear arms.

Then you juxtapose that with Black folks marching down this street, avenue, block or bridge, shouting, BLACK LIVES MATTER, all the while, craKKKas are buying up more and more guns for the impending race war they’ve been imagining since before emancipation of slavery.

The Huey P, Newton Gun Clubs and New Black Panther Party are just a few of the groups within our culture that are countering the attitudes that seem to be pervasive among white males: “Kill anything not white.” They’re not having it. And rightly so.

Black people in this country have been led to believe that if they pray for their enemies, fast, and protest, our enemies will get scared off and leave us alone. That is naive, simple-minded and foolish.

Not everyone was taught the Golden Rule and I don’t know of anyone who gets knocked up side the head; their response would be to start quoting Bible scriptures.

Righteous indignation is not a crime–it is intelligent and says that you are most aware of your environment.

We’re living at a time when white men are feeling aggressive because their lives are not what they used to be. Some are trying to hang onto the vestibules of White Supremacy of the past and this new offensive against men of color–particularly Black men; is the backlash of white male inferiority and their demise in a world that is getting browner and BLACKER. They are losing their minds and are acting out their fantasies of revenge for their genetic inferiority.

Black men better be taking notes. Lives are being lost at the hand of these psychopaths; and as a Black woman, who has been on the front lines, having to endure the subliminal battle that wages itself against our people on a daily basis, I am hereby giving you permission to DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to protect me and our people.

BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

What Happened To Chris Brown: Another White Bitch Lied!

chris_brown_dc_court_770

Most of you  have already heard of the outrageous police standoff at Christ Brown’s house last week.  All because of a white chick who said she pulled a gun him in his Los Angeles home.  Police arrested the R & B singer on suspicion of deadly assault with a weapon.  His house was surrounded like he was a terrorist suspect.

Unreal.

From jump, everybody in the family knew it was a set-up.  And given the hue of the source; it was the natural conclusion–even before the truth came out. The trick’s name is Baylee Curran. A former Miss California Regional who was stripped of her crown due to breach of contract.  She’s also wanted in New York for Grand Larceny.  My, my…this ho really gets around doesn’t she?

“I cannot wait until the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation,” Brown says in the video provided to ABC. “My character’s been defaced and who I am as a person and my integrity.”

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, told the news station that he believes Brown was framed. The lawyer shared a text message that he says Curran sent to a friend before 911 was alerted.

“This freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend’s jewelry fake,” the message purportedly read. “I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson. I’m going to set his a– up.”

Baylee Curran told ABC that she stands by her claim.

This child didn’t waste time making the media rounds just housrs after filing her claim. With this being said, I have to remind people that white women in this country’s history, have been the catalyst to many Black men being lynched.  This has caused tremendous enmity between Black women and white women, and Ms. Curran’s actions only have solidified the stance many Black people have taken of the price many celebrity Black males pay when they make the mistake of getting involved with the “wrong Becky.”

This woman’s arrogance in thinking that she could get away with this only infuses the new boldness many white people have these days in exposing their innate racism and sociopathy toward people of color.  She did not care what could have happened to him nor did she juxtapose her actions of the impact of his Black Life had those white cops took it to another level. After all, a white woman was in danger, right? *Rolling eyes*  Her willful act was backed up by a psychotic perversion of sorts: the view of Black male worship of the white goddess. Baylee knew very well that all she had to do was make an accusation and white males would come to her rescue–even though, yet again, another white bitch lied! Well, she got her 15 minutes and could possible be going to jail for larceny.

There were many reasons to assume this was true but Chris Brown has been through a lot and has been working very hard to clean up his act and image.

Thank God the truth came out.

We can only hope that Karma will dish out to this wannabe, a dose of justice for her actions that is equal to the anguish she caused to Chris.

Introducing Christelyn Karazin…The Rise and Fall of a Negro Bedwench! OMG!

Whoo, Chile…I watched this crazy video while surfing YouTube and I just couldn’t. OMG!

Ladies and gentleman, meet, Chrystelyn Karazin. Head Negro Bedwench.  This Black woman hates Black men and has become a sensation on the channel for her rantings against them.

The narrator you here, goes by the name of The Black Authority.  And he saw this video by Christelyn.

Well, in this commentary breakdown of one of her videos, apparently, she’s upset because a white man that she flirted with on her channel, who goes by the name of The Vegenator, spoke honestly about why he’s just not interested in swirling.  He made a video about it and guess what?  He got a lot of likes—from Black men too, who supported his choice.  Ok. Life goes on.  Chrystelin saw the video and went nuts because of it.  She went Scarlet O’Hara and her performance should be nominated for an Academy award.  Her response is crazy.

Is there a psychiatrist on this channel? This woman is married to a white man. And she just felt, after being rejected by a white man on YouTube named the Vegenator (whom she doesn’t know) who isn’t attracted to Black women; now, she’s personally responsible for the hatred against Black women?

Personally, I’m not looking for the Great White Hope nor do I find white men the correct genetic choice for any conscious, intelligent Sista. Black people are 100% HUE-man (as in color) and are the original people of this earth. Why would any sane Black woman choose a low, bestial, reptilian brain, fragmented thinking, genetic defect, over a BLACK MAN? OMG!

I’m sorry, intelligent Black men aren’t defending stupid Black women who contribute to white supremacy; and then try to pull an Erica Cain emotional hustle on Black folks because some white dude managed to damage her sociopathy with one damn comment.

Is there a Hollywood producer on here?

THIS IS HER LIFE!

I’m doin’ just fine, THANK YOU….
